Hanrob Melbourne is amazing. The staff actually care for your pets and take the time to really look after them. Oscar has been multiple times now and each time he is loved and cared for by the staff. The whole team are fantastic especially Laura who was Oscar’s best friend! They even sent us a photo before our wedding and bought some props! The staff at Hanrob were very interested in the health and wellbeing of my animals. They took my dogs current health conditions (one suffers from arthritis and the other currently has cancer) very seriously and kept me updated throughout their whole stay about how they were doing physically and emotionally. All the staff at Melbourne Hanrob have been so accommodating with working around my shift work and on the days when I'm running late I can literally drop Mister off and run to work. I always recommend Hanrob to anyone that is travelling or needs last minute accommodation for their pet. We have used the flight transfers and boarding twice now for our dog, and the service is fantastic. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. They give you a courtesy call you once they have your pet settled in, and this last visit the lovely manager Daniel even sent me photos! Such a beautiful extra touch, especially when you're anxious about your furry friend after a long flight. They also had a little "report card" with notes about how your pet has been travelling during the visit! What a fabulous thing! You can really tell that the staff are passionate about what they do. The flight transfers have always been seamless as well. I cannot recommend Hanrob Pet Hotel highly enough.
