We booked our 3 dogs in for 28-day training at the Heathcote facility. My experience from booking to reception to boarding/training was very professional and supportive. A big and very special mention to Amanda & Matt who provided amazing interest, love and care to our dogs. Their level of engagement with us via live training recordings, pictures and chat during their stay was beyond my expectations. I also respected the honesty displayed when one of my dogs came home early, as he no longer required training, and so a refund was organised promptly, very impressed. I sent my puppy to Hanrob for the 20 day Stay & Train course. Due to an injury, I was unable to train her when she came to live with me at 8 weeks old, and she fast became a stressed out, destructive anxious puppy and sent my home into chaos. As I was unable to correct her behaviour, I sent her to Hanrob for the 20 day Stay & Train. She returned confident, well socialised with people and dogs, and perfectly trained in the necessary basics. Most importantly, she came home happy and manageable, and has improved daily since her return. Ryan at Hotel Hanrob was amazing. We had our little Dashy Reggie, stay there for the Stay and Train program and he came out of it a more confident and better behaved dog. We had regular video updates and even got a thorough rundown and training session at the end of it. There is also a home visit included which we will book soon. This place is so good especially for training beagles. After an intensive month of training Poppy is now so much better behaved and easier to handle. Now I also use the kennel services when I need to go away. She loves all the trainers and carers there so has a great time staying and playing with the other doggies. It's clean and reasonably priced and you don't feel guilty when you leave her behind for a stay. She usually runs over to the carer who has come to collect her and the lovely lady at the desk. I know she gets plenty of cuddles and love while she's there and she also gets a bath the day she is ready to come home! When I pick her up they always have a little report card about how she was during the stay. A lovely extra touch. Thank you Hanrob.
