We left our Frenchie Rambo under the awesome care of Laura🤩 She went above and beyond with looking after him!! We were super relaxed and enjoyed our holiday knowing he was taken care of. Definitely recommend Hanrob and Laura ⭐️
I would like to give Laura and her team at Heathcote Hanrob a glowing review as is deserved . I travel overseas regularly and keeping my two beautiful dogs , Samson and Gypsy , safe while I'm away is very important to me . The ladies and men at Heathcote Hanrob always provide , without exception , a professional , friendly service that I trust . Today however I need to single out Laura for her exceptional assistance to me today during a very stressful month for me . Laura personally answered my calls prior to her shift starting , then with one hour notice, arranged the shuttle bus to deliver my dogs to me as my car is still at Sydney airport . Then she personally drove the bus and loaded the dogs herself and delivered , same day , to me with a smile and nothing but compliments for my dogs 🐕 . Thank you Laura . I sincerely hope this review assists you in your career at Hanrob because I consider you my permanent , trustworthy contact now during my frequent trips abroad . We are incredibly happy with Hanrob. They are the second kennel service we tried, and since finding them, we’ve never gone anywhere else. The professionalism and level of care they provide are truly world-class. Snoopy always seems so happy during his stays. We usually add extra playtime, and over his last two visits we included additional training sessions. The guidance provided was clear and easy to follow, which allowed us to continue the training consistently at home. We’ve left Snoopy there for up to three weeks at a time, and Hanrob consistently keeps us updated, ensuring his stay is happy and that his health is checked daily. Snoopy has an ongoing skin condition, and whenever there has been a concern, they have promptly arranged vet attention. That level of attentiveness gives us so much confidence. It gives us real peace of mind knowing that when we travel for extended periods, Snoopy has a place that truly feels like a home away from home — and, most importantly, people who care for him as if he were their own. I was nervous to leave my beloved cats at Hanrob, however, after seeing the care that they gave to my cats as well as the kindness they showed to me, I won't hesitate to leave my cats there next time. From the texts to me overseas, an email about their food, the videos and the willingness to help me move from them from Heathcote to Mascot Hanrob, I was really touched by their support. We had an excellent experience with Hanrob Heathcote. Our boxer, Dre, who has multiple health conditions, boarded there for just over two weeks and also received loose leash training. The team were incredibly accommodating to his health needs, which gave us complete peace of mind, especially after a previous bad experience with another boarding kennel. Maya, his trainer, was absolutely amazing. Dre formed a wonderful bond with her, and we saw great progress with his training. Communication throughout his stay was excellent, with regular updates on both his training and overall wellbeing. We couldn’t be happier with the care Dre received and would highly recommend Hanrob Heathcote to anyone looking for professional, compassionate boarding and training.

Laura N was amazing. When our dog became unwell, she communicated with us daily, sending us photos to reassure us. It made such a difference when we were a long way from our pet. We were so glad that our dog was loved when we couldn’t be with her!
Our 3 dogs have been to Heathcote numerous times for boarding - always a great experience. Laura N exceptional and always willing to assist/provide updates.
We had our first dog training session with Matt and Ilaria and we were blown away by their professionalism, expertise and ability to make us feel relaxed and hopeful they can help our two dachshunds with reactivity and obedience training. We are already looking forward to this weeks training session.
Hanrob Heathcote, with a special shout out to Laura who provided amazing care for our miniature pinscher. She has a special needs diet, very nervous especially around new people but Laura took such good care of her, we call her the dog whisperer. Laura went out of her way, to get Kiki the food she needed and accomodate her every possible need. We went home for a 5 week stay and will definitely be contacting Laura in future for any accommodation needs. Laura also provided daily updates and cuddles for our girl. We appreciate you Laura! Hand Rob Heathcote has been a positive experience for us and our dog Nala. This was our first time boarding her and the team was really comforting and assured our dog would be taken care of. The process was really smooth- from transportation of Nala to hotel and picking up. The environment and facilities looked great for dogs to socialise and spend outdoors. Nala was well taken care of by the team who was very friendly and patient to her. Nala loved her room mate friends who helped her socialise whilst we were away on holidays. I requested some pics and email updates of Nala which the team was kind enough to send us pics of Nala happily playing as well as provided updates on how she is doing. I definitely recommend 10/10 for the quality care and professional service Hand Rob has provided for Nala. Nala loved her stay and look forward to return. The only small negative aspect I would say is that even though Nala return to us in a happy mood and clean state, she had several dried poop on her butt which the team may lack in hygiene as we usually clean her butt. Other than that, it was good experience overall.
We had an excellent experience boarding our dog, Kimchi, for an entire month. This was his first time boarding, which already made us anxious, and the situation was made even more challenging due to his health condition — he was on a strict vet-prescribed diet and medication. From the very beginning, the team made us feel supported and reassured. Laura, the Assistant Manager, was absolutely wonderful. She was proactive in reaching out whenever there were concerns about Kimchi’s symptoms and consistently kept us updated throughout his stay. As worried pet parents, those regular updates meant everything to us and truly gave us peace of mind. We’d also like to highlight Maya, the trainer, who was fantastic. She responded to our questions promptly and, when we picked Kimchi up, took the time to provide clear and detailed instructions on how to maintain his training and discipline at home. Her dedication and care really showed. It’s clear that Kimchi was in attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate hands. We’re incredibly grateful to the team for taking such great care of him, especially given his medical needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this boarding facility to anyone looking for a place that genuinely cares about their dogs.

We had an excellent experience with Hanrob Heathcote. Our boxer, Dre, who has multiple health conditions, boarded there for just over two weeks and also received loose leash training. The team were incredibly accommodating to his health needs, which gave us complete peace of mind, especially after a previous bad experience with another boarding kennel. Laura N was amazing. When our dog became unwell, she communicated with us daily, sending us photos to reassure us. It made such a difference when we were a long way from our pet. We were so glad that our dog was loved when we couldn’t be with her!

Hanrob Heathcote, with a special shout out to Laura who provided amazing care for our miniature pinscher. She has a special needs diet, very nervous especially around new people but Laura took such good care of her, we call her the dog whisperer. Laura went out of her way, to get Kiki the food she needed and accomodate her every possible need. We went home for a 5 week stay and will definitely be contacting Laura in future for any accommodation needs. Laura also provided daily updates and cuddles for our girl. We appreciate you Laura! Hand Rob Heathcote has been a positive experience for us and our dog Nala. This was our first time boarding her and the team was really comforting and assured our dog would be taken care of. The process was really smooth- from transportation of Nala to hotel and picking up. The environment and facilities looked great for dogs to socialise and spend outdoors. Nala was well taken care of by the team who was very friendly and patient to her. Nala loved her room mate friends who helped her socialise whilst we were away on holidays. I requested some pics and email updates of Nala which the team was kind enough to send us pics of Nala happily playing as well as provided updates on how she is doing. I definitely recommend 10/10 for the quality care and professional service Hand Rob has provided for Nala. Nala loved her stay and look forward to return. The only small negative aspect I would say is that even though Nala return to us in a happy mood and clean state, she had several dried poop on her butt which the team may lack in hygiene as we usually clean her butt. Other than that, it was good experience overall.

From the very beginning, the team made us feel supported and reassured. Laura, the Assistant Manager, was absolutely wonderful. She was proactive in reaching out whenever there were concerns about Kimchi’s symptoms and consistently kept us updated throughout his stay. As worried pet parents, those regular updates meant everything to us and truly gave us peace of mind. We’d also like to highlight Maya, the trainer, who was fantastic. She responded to our questions promptly and, when we picked Kimchi up, took the time to provide clear and detailed instructions on how to maintain his training and discipline at home. Her dedication and care really showed. It’s clear that Kimchi was in attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate hands. We’re incredibly grateful to the team for taking such great care of him, especially given his medical needs. I travel overseas regularly and keeping my two beautiful dogs , Samson and Gypsy , safe while I'm away is very important to me . The ladies and men at Heathcote Hanrob always provide , without exception , a professional , friendly service that I trust . Today however I need to single out Laura for her exceptional assistance to me today during a very stressful month for me . Laura personally answered my calls prior to her shift starting , then with one hour notice, arranged the shuttle bus to deliver my dogs to me as my car is still at Sydney airport . Then she personally drove the bus and loaded the dogs herself and delivered , same day , to me with a smile and nothing but compliments for my dogs 🐕 . Thank you Laura . We are incredibly happy with Hanrob. They are the second kennel service we tried, and since finding them, we’ve never gone anywhere else. The professionalism and level of care they provide are truly world-class. Snoopy always seems so happy during his stays. We usually add extra playtime, and over his last two visits we included additional training sessions. The guidance provided was clear and easy to follow, which allowed us to continue the training consistently at home. We’ve left Snoopy there for up to three weeks at a time, and Hanrob consistently keeps us updated, ensuring his stay is happy and that his health is checked daily. Snoopy has an ongoing skin condition, and whenever there has been a concern, they have promptly arranged vet attention. That level of attentiveness gives us so much confidence. It gives us real peace of mind knowing that when we travel for extended periods, Snoopy has a place that truly feels like a home away from home — and, most importantly, people who care for him as if he were their own. They always leave me a message when my pet needs extra care. I also love that they have an open but secure place that the pets can roam around freely and meet other pets like her. This is definitely a good place for boarding, highly recommended for me.

I have to call out our most recent experience when we boarded her over the Christmas/New Year holiday period and as per usual, we added in training for enrichment. However, things did not turn out as planned as she became unwell due to a large infected cyst in the groin area which surfaced and burst a few days into her stay and needed some emergency vet care. A special shoutout to Laura, she was amazing. Laura let me know she would keep a close eye on her through the night and kept me updated on WhatsApp the whole time so I know she was looked after. Really appreciate the love Laura, Maya, Matt and the team gave her!
Our two girls enjoy their vacations with Hanrob, they come home happy and healthy. The staff genuinely enjoy caring for the animals and provide feedback both during and after their stay. It is always our first choice.

I recently enrolled my puppy, Athena, in Hanrob’s 28-day board and train program, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Although I was initially nervous about leaving her in someone else’s care, training had become essential due to her anxiety, reactivity, and occasional aggression. Athena’s trainer, Matt, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and breed knowledge from the very beginning. Throughout the program, I received consistent video updates, which provided reassurance and allowed me to see her progress firsthand. Upon completion of the program, Matt conducted a thorough handover, clearly explaining each component of Athena’s tailored training plan along with detailed guidance on what to continue at home. The improvement in her behaviour has been remarkable, her reactivity has decreased significantly, to the point of being almost nonexistent. I am truly impressed by the transformation. It was also clear that Athena was well cared for and formed a strong bond with her trainer. Her comfort and confidence were evident, and it reassured me that she had been in excellent hands. I highly recommend Hanrob to anyone seeking professional training services. All staff members I interacted with were kind, supportive, and dedicated. A special thank you goes to Matt for his outstanding work and commitment to Athena’s development. We are already booked in for follow-up lessons to continue building on the foundation he established. I often use the Hanrob pet taxi service from my local vet. We’ve had troubles in the past with my Bandit getting him into the cage, and usually have to entice him with treats. But not today, we had Bryan, and Bandit must have trusted him instantly because he went straight into the cage, no resistance, no fuss! Please send Bryan again, top bloke and dogs love him ♥️
Thank you to the staff especially Maya , Jo and the young ladies in the office. We were so happy our dog Coby was cared for and trained over a period of 28 days. She surprised us as she has improved greatly in her obedience. Watching Coby interact with the trainer was very re-assuring as the bond between the two was evident . We thoroughly recommend Hanrob Pet Hotel Heathcote as the overall feeling of care and commitment to the animals is visible and the training department exceptionally professional.

The staff and facility is wonderful. Our dog Zulu is cared for so well. He has been to the facility numerous times and every time we get out of the car his tail wags and he is ready to stay. They really look after him both for short stays and longer staycations. Thank you all at Hanrob for caring for our older dog so well and keeping him safe and happy…
I recently enrolled my puppy, Athena, in Hanrob’s 28-day board and train program, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Although I was initially nervous about leaving her in someone else’s care, training had become essential due to her anxiety, reactivity, and occasional aggression. Athena’s trainer, Matt, demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and breed knowledge from the very beginning. Throughout the program, I received consistent video updates, which provided reassurance and allowed me to see her progress firsthand. Upon completion of the program, Matt conducted a thorough handover, clearly explaining each component of Athena’s tailored training plan along with detailed guidance on what to continue at home. The improvement in her behaviour has been remarkable, her reactivity has decreased significantly, to the point of being almost nonexistent. I am truly impressed by the transformation. It was also clear that Athena was well cared for and formed a strong bond with her trainer. Her comfort and confidence were evident, and it reassured me that she had been in excellent hands. I highly recommend Hanrob to anyone seeking professional training services. All staff members I interacted with were kind, supportive, and dedicated. A special thank you goes to Matt for his outstanding work and commitment to Athena’s development. We are already booked in for follow-up lessons to continue building on the foundation he established. I often use the Hanrob pet taxi service from my local vet. We’ve had troubles in the past with my Bandit getting him into the cage, and usually have to entice him with treats. But not today, we had Bryan, and Bandit must have trusted him instantly because he went straight into the cage, no resistance, no fuss! Please send Bryan again, top bloke and dogs love him ♥️
Thank you to the staff especially Maya , Jo and the young ladies in the office. We were so happy our dog Coby was cared for and trained over a period of 28 days. She surprised us as she has improved greatly in her obedience. Watching Coby interact with the trainer was very re-assuring as the bond between the two was evident . We thoroughly recommend Hanrob Pet Hotel Heathcote as the overall feeling of care and commitment to the animals is visible and the training department exceptionally professional.
My current dog, a well as my previous dogs , has always enjoyed his visits to Hanrob Heathcote. The staff are caring and obviously interested in the dogs in their care. We’re delighted by the results from Ragnar’s recent Stay & Train at Hanrob Heathcote. Matt & team have done a great job improving his leash skills and reducing his reactivity. We received excellent updates with photos and videos for the duration of his stay which gave us great peace of mind. It was very clear when dropping him off and picking him up that he was well cared for by all staff members. He is a regular daycare attendee here also, we love knowing that our bout is happy with his friends here.Thank you all!

This is my pet’s place to stay whenever we go overseas. We know she is in good hands when I bring her here. The staff are very helpful and caring. They always leave me a message when my pet needs extra care. I also love that they have an open but secure place that the pets can roam around freely and meet other pets like her. This is definitely a good place for boarding, highly recommended for me.
We had a fantastic experience sending our puppy here for training. From the very beginning, the communication was clear and reassuring, and it was obvious how much care and experience goes into the training Matt provides. Our dog came back calmer, more confident, and with noticeably improved manners and obedience. Just as importantly, we were given practical guidance and tools to continue the training at home. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs, not just the training outcomes. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for professional dog training.
Our GSD has been going to Hanrob for a few years now for both training and boarding and they have always looked after her well. I have to call out our most recent experience when we boarded her over the Christmas/New Year holiday period and as per usual, we added in training for enrichment. However, things did not turn out as planned as she became unwell due to a large infected cyst in the groin area which surfaced and burst a few days into her stay and needed some emergency vet care. A special shoutout to Laura, she was amazing. Laura let me know she would keep a close eye on her through the night and kept me updated on WhatsApp the whole time so I know she was looked after. Really appreciate the love Laura, Maya, Matt and the team gave her!
Our two girls enjoy their vacations with Hanrob, they come home happy and healthy. The staff genuinely enjoy caring for the animals and provide feedback both during and after their stay. It is always our first choice.

This is my pet’s second year boarding at Hanrob. I am very happy with their service from booking to pickup to boarding to return. My pet comes back to me happy, healthy, clean and smelling really nice. (I must ask them what they use on him when brushing him). They provide photos of him while i am away.
