The cost depends on your pet's size and crate, the destination, the flight route and the services you need, such as collection from home or a stay with us before the flight. Share a few details about your pet and their destination, and we’ll send you an estimate. Your pet travel consultant will then go through it with you and confirm the details.
As early as you can. Most countries require vaccinations, vet checks and health certificates to be completed in a set order, and some steps have waiting periods of several weeks or months. Getting in touch early gives you time to meet every requirement before your travel date.
Requirements depend on the destination and your pet travel consultant will walk you through exactly what your destination requires and when each step needs to happen.
Yes. Our pet hotels near major Australian airports mean your pet can stay with our team before departure rather than travelling straight from home to the airport. This is especially useful if you're flying out before your pet, because they're looked after by the same team that prepares them for their flight. We strongly advise boarding 1 to 2 days prior, to ensure your pet is on time for veterinary and government required appointments.
