We have used the flight transfers and boarding twice now for our dog, and the service is fantastic. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. They give you a courtesy call you once they have your pet settled in, and this last visit the lovely manager Daniel even sent me photos! Such a beautiful extra touch, especially when you're anxious about your furry friend after a long flight. They also had a little "report card" with notes about how your pet has been travelling during the visit! What a fabulous thing! You can really tell that the staff are passionate about what they do. The flight transfers have always been seamless as well. I cannot recommend Hanrob Pet Hotel highly enough. As a proud puppy parent, I was concerned how Salvador would cope at doggie daycare (school) because he is an only child. I should not have worried; after his initial uncertainty of a new environment, he now gets his own led on school days, runs to the car, barks when we turn the corner to school; on led, he runs to the door and scratchers the door until he is let in, he runs inside tail wagging and so excited to see the Hanrob team and other dogs. I have never had a worry that Salvador's care is not a priority. My girlfriend was so impressed with the service and the care provided by the team to Salvador, she now has her dog at school also. The team treat the dogs genuinely like their own and communicate with me. I really appreciate they are attuned to their bulldog quirks and habits, are really mindful of the potential for bulldog overheating and cater to all my neurotic pet owner requests with a smile.
