Booked in our dog Griffin for Easter and Bianca on the reception team was fantastic ! Griff has stayed multiple times before and enjoys it every time!!
We recently used Hanrob for our 7 month old puppy, for a 2 week stay. She came home healthy, happy and relaxed from her stay at Hanrob. We have also used them for doggy day care and have always had a positive experience. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a safe and happy environment for your dog. The staff are lovely, and they genuinely care about the animals. We had to change our dates a number of times and they were extremely flexible with us. We'll definitely rebook with Hanrob again.
Our Bellsie had so much fun at hanrob and she stayed for two weeks! I wasn’t sure if she would enjoy etc but the amazing people at Hanrob continually updated me and rested my nerves! We are all so happy that we have found a reliable and caring pet accom for all our future needs! Thank you team for looking after Bella!
I moved interstate and required my 2 cats and my cavoodle to stay for a week. My animals were so well looked after, thank you! The friendly and helpful staff kept me informed, and their transfer to the airport was seamless. I highly recommend Hanrob Pet hotels Brisbane.
Highly recommend the staff. Waiting to pick up our pet, witnessed pets being dropped in for day care and they were exctastic to see their ' teacher's for the day. Our pet settled back in at home with no incidents or dirty looks for being there.

My dogs (greyhounds) have been staying at Hanrob Brisbane 3 or 4 times a year since it opened. I highly recommend the Brisbane facility if you are looking for safe, kind and reliable boarding for your dog/s. They provide excellent care (lots of love and cuddles) and nutrition and carefully monitor the health of the dogs during their stay. My dogs always come home relaxed and happy from their stay at Hanrob Brisbane.
The staff are do friendly and helpful. They really care. Our cat and dog (children) always come home happy. Great peace of mind.
Thank you to the team at Hanrob Brisbane for taking care of our cat, Archie, while we went away to Sydney for 5 days! This was the first time we took Archie to a pet hotel, and we were so pleased with the positive experience he had. He settled in well and was well taken care of throughout his stay. We recently sent our German Shepherd, Stormie, to Hanrob for the Stay & Train program and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Our trainer, Julia, was amazing from start to finish. She was so welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about helping Stormie succeed. She kept us updated throughout her stay, which really put our minds at ease. The difference in Stormie’s behaviour when she came home was incredible. She’s more confident, listens so much better, and you can truly see the work Julia put in. Julia didn’t just train Stormie she also helped us understand how to keep the progress going at home, which made all the difference. The facilities are clean, safe, and really well run. You can tell they treat the dogs like their own. We felt genuinely supported the whole way through. If you’re thinking about doing stay and train, Hanrob is 100% worth it. We’re so grateful for how much time and care Julia and the team put into Stormie couldn’t recommend them more highly.
Our dog Sunny always is well looked after and comes home happy. The staff are warm, and I think have a genuine interest in the animals. Recommend highly!

I have been using Hanrob's services for a long time and always have a good experience, my husky Luci who can be a pain to deal with at the best of times actually came back even better behaved after our holiday. We have recently adopted a new puppy and have gone through puppy training with Julia, She has been excellent to work with, extremely knowledgeable and happy to work with us at our pace. Using modern techniques and even tailored specifically to what we are currently dealing with. From my experiences I would trust Hanrob Brisbane to look after all of my dogs for extended stays and to train those dogs as well.

The stay-and-train at Hanrob Brisbane was an incredible experience for our highly dog-reactive pup. She's an absolutely changed animal, I cannot recommend it enough. Well worth every dollar.

We have been taking our very fussy boys there for many years and have only had good experiences - the staff seem to genuinely care about the animals and take the time to get to know their unique personalities.

My dog stayed at Hanrob in Brisbane for their 28 day Stay and Train program. He has come home calmer, happier, and easier to work with. We were given lots of exercises to work on and have another back up session in a few weeks. I couldn't rate them highly enough!! Very grateful we spent the money this!!!

The stay-and-train at Hanrob Brisbane was an incredible experience for our highly dog-reactive pup. She's an absolutely changed animal, I cannot recommend it enough. Well worth every dollar.

The Hanrob Brisbane team are wonderful. They always express care and consideration for our fur babies. We have been taking our very fussy boys there for many years and have only had good experiences - the staff seem to genuinely care about the animals and take the time to get to know their unique personalities.
