Hanrob Melbourne is amazing. The staff actually care for your pets and take the time to really look after them. Oscar has been multiple times now and each time he is loved and cared for by the staff. All the staff at Melbourne Hanrob have been so accommodating with working around my shift work and on the days when I'm running late I can literally drop Mister off and run to work. I always recommend Hanrob to anyone that is travelling or needs last minute accommodation for their pet. This place is so good especially for training beagles. After an intensive month of training Poppy is now so much better behaved and easier to handle. Now I also use the kennel services when I need to go away. She loves all the trainers and carers there so has a great time staying and playing with the other doggies. It's clean and reasonably priced and you don't feel guilty when you leave her behind for a stay. She usually runs over to the carer who has come to collect her and the lovely lady at the desk. I know she gets plenty of cuddles and love while she's there and she also gets a bath the day she is ready to come home! When I pick her up they always have a little report card about how she was during the stay. A lovely extra touch. Thank you Hanrob.
