Our first time using Hanrob Canb , for our 7 mth old Lab , archie, for 4 days. Very happy with the whole experience , especially pleased to get update email of him out playing with other dogs, we will be back in coming months as it gives us flexibility to go away and know archie is in good hands.
My dog loves doggy daycare, he loves the other dogs and all the people. I love it because he's safe, but he is also having loads of love interesting things to do and he gets his socialising needs met. I like that they have different groups, mine is big, friendly and energetic and he hangs with similar dogs.

My review is purely for the assistance provided by the staff at Hanrob. I haven’t had the luxury of taking my fur baby to Hanrob, but she was booked in and the morning of her scheduled boarding I had to cancel this due to unforeseen circumstances. The process of cancellation was simple, and the staff were super helpful. I was expecting for it to be difficult due to being the busy Easter period but they were so understanding. I’m looking forward to being able to bring my fur baby here in the future.
Our two senior small dogs always stay with Hanrob Canberra when we are away from home. The lovely staff take very good care of them both. Our dogs always look forward to their stays.

Wonderful grooming services, highly experienced groomers who can do a range of different cuts! You can also book your pupper in for daycare on the day and they come out for their grooming appointment.

We have used Hanrob Canberra for our German Shepherds for several years. They have always taken great care of our big fur babies and as they are ‘farm dogs’ we have taken advantage of the extra play and walk times offered. At the last visit, it was only Scotch as our old dog had passed. We were concerned that Scotch wouldn’t settle as he had always had his old friend boarding with him. But Hanrob staff were sensitive to his needs and he was relaxed and happy when we picked him up.
My dog is over 17 years old now and while she’s in good health, she’s old and abit vulnerable snd fragile. After a bad experience with another kennel nearby (where she nearly died) I booked her into Hanrob. It was a whole different experience. Hanrob was very attentive and caring. Its nice to know that when I go away my dog will be cared for and I return to find a happy dog.
Our Three fur babies, 1x dog and 2x cats always have the best time when they come to stay with Hanrob. They always come back happy and content and our dog always has the best time comes back absolutely exhausted, especially after spending the day at Daycare. The ladies absolutely love him ❤️ Couldn't recommend Hanrob 🐈⬛🐈⬛🐕
Ruby came back very happy even though she was there for 6 weeks. Ruby is a Schnauzer and one of the staff even brought her Schnauzer to play with Ruby
My dog stayed in the Canberra hotel. Great friendly staff. Hard to say what it was like when he was there as you never see inside but he was apparently quite anxious during his stay and had extra attention. He was fine and happy when I picked him up. Would recommend and will be using them again if I ever need to.
Such great staff here who just love your dogs and get to know them by name! Always feel that my dog Jet is well looked after!

My dog Frankie has a daycare visit once a week. He loves going here every week. He is a very energetic dog but is totally exhausted after his stay. Great for socialising your dog, and the staff are always friendly and excited to see him.
Great care, they do daycare and overnight boarding. Perfect would recommend to anyone.

Hanrob is amazing. The staff are animal lovers and very skilled at what they do. I would highly recommend using them for daycare, long-term boarding or grooming. Thanks Hanrob staff for taking such beautiful care of my dog Abby, we really appreciate it.
We booked our 11 month old Cavoodle in there for a week over Christmas. The Instagram feed allowed us to see how Bruno was going, and it looked like he had a great time and made new friend. Will definitely look at Hanrob's again for a another stay.
Our dog Olive has been very happy here The staff are enthusiastic and she always is keen to go and comes home happy and tired after endless play
Could not recommend Hanrob and their team enough. Particularly Tiffany who worked with our beautiful rescue Daisy who had not been socialised with other dogs and needed a lot of work. We had Daisy stay for a 6 week board and train and she has come back a completely different dog. From not being able to be within 20m of a dog to now having made lots of doggy friends and feeling much more confident in herself. Thank you again!!
