HOW DOES THE WELCOME PASS WORK?
When you purchase a welcome pass, you will have the opportunity to select the date of your dog’s first daycare session. Once you arrive at our facility, your dog will experience its first Dog Daycare visit where they will socialise, play and have fun with other dogs while under the supervision of our trained staff.
After your Dogs first visit, you can then lock in your dogs next 2 visits and your free dog wash, by speaking to our friendly staff!
WHAT DOES A DAY IN DOG DAYCARE LOOK LIKE?
Doggy daycare starts at around 7:30am, where doggy owners have the choice to drop off their pet to our facility, or get them picked up in our Dog Taxi.
Once they arrive, the fun begins! Your furry friend will be let loose in our yards where they will get to play and make new doggy friends, under the supervision of our expert staff. Plus, all yards provide dogs with a comfortable area to rest, which also makes a great spot for staff cuddles!
After a big day of exercise and socialisation, your dog will generally be quite tired when it arrives home! Which gives you some peace and quite to relax, before they wake up itching to come back to Hanrob!
