We booked our 3 dogs in for 28-day training at the Heathcote facility. My experience from booking to reception to boarding/training was very professional and supportive. A big and very special mention to Amanda & Matt who provided amazing interest, love and care to our dogs. Their level of engagement with us via live training recordings, pictures and chat during their stay was beyond my expectations. I sent my puppy to Hanrob for the 20 day Stay & Train course. Due to an injury, I was unable to train her when she came to live with me at 8 weeks old, and she fast became a stressed out, destructive anxious puppy and sent my home into chaos. As I was unable to correct her behaviour, I sent her to Hanrob for the 20 day Stay & Train. She returned confident, well socialised with people and dogs, and perfectly trained in the necessary basics. Most importantly, she came home happy and manageable, and has improved daily since her return. I do try but I simply can’t compete with the service that Hanrob offer my two cattle dogs. They come back groomed and pampered smelling like poodles. My two love this place and the staff. We chose Hanrob Heathcote for daycare because over many years we have always boarded our previous dogs at Heathcote. They were always well cared for and we had no problems. When our new German Shepherd puppy, Ellie, proved to be a handful we decided Daycare may help with the hyperactivity, which it did. She also had some training at daycare for specific problems e.g. recall, walking calmly and basic commands. We were sent videos, which also us helped a lot. The staff are very caring, patient, professional and make provisions for Ellie’s sometimes excitable and quirky behaviour. The pickup and drop off van is also very convenient and is included in the daycare price. Compared to other places the price is very reasonable.
