Laura and all the team at Heathcote took the best care of my dog and was in regular contact with me while I was overseas. They regularly updated me on how my dog was doing and sent photos of him. Our dog is an anxious and high maintenance fellow who can struggle with separation anxiety. We booked our 3 dogs in for 28-day training at the Heathcote facility. My experience from booking to reception to boarding/training was very professional and supportive. A big and very special mention to Amanda & Matt who provided amazing interest, love and care to our dogs. Their level of engagement with us via live training recordings, pictures and chat during their stay was beyond my expectations. I also respected the honesty displayed when one of my dogs came home early, as he no longer required training, and so a refund was organised promptly, very impressed. I sent my puppy to Hanrob for the 20 day Stay & Train course. Due to an injury, I was unable to train her when she came to live with me at 8 weeks old, and she fast became a stressed out, destructive anxious puppy and sent my home into chaos. As I was unable to correct her behaviour, I sent her to Hanrob for the 20 day Stay & Train. She returned confident, well socialised with people and dogs, and perfectly trained in the necessary basics. Most importantly, she came home happy and manageable, and has improved daily since her return. I do try but I simply can’t compete with the service that Hanrob offer my two cattle dogs. They come back groomed and pampered smelling like poodles. My two love this place and the staff. They get spoilt with lots of cuddles and endless attention. When I drop them off they don’t even look back, they know they are safe and are going to have lots of fun.
