HOW MUCH DOES PET BOARDING COST?
Prices vary based on which package you choose. This also depends on the time of the year, if it falls under low or high season. We also offer discounts for extended stays. so, be sure to chat to our Reservations Team on 1300426762 so we are able to quote you for your stay. Please note that our boarding cost is per day basis and not night.
AT WHAT AGE CAN I BOARD MY PET?
We accept pets from 20 weeks old, our aged care starts at 11 years and if your pet is 14 or older, we will require a fit to board certificate from your vet.
WHAT ARE THE VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS FOR MY PET TO BOARD AT HANROB PET HOTELS?
To board at Hanrob Pet Hotels, all pets must be fully vaccinated with the below vaccinations at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The vaccination requirements for dogs is the Annual Canine Cough Vaccination and Annual C5 (C4 + Bordetella Bronchiseptica) Vaccination. The vaccination requirements for cats is the Annual F3 Vaccination (Feline 3)
WHAT TIME CAN I DROP OFF/PICK UP MY PET?
You are able to drop off and pick up your pet any time during our reception opening hours, they differ from location to location so to find out our opening hours please click the HERE and select the pet hotel you would like to stay at.
WHAT TYPE OF FOOD DO YOU PROVIDE?
We provide premium quality dry food from Royal Canin. If your Pet has a special dietary requirement, or if you would prefer you may bring your own food with clear feeding instructions for us. Its not a problem and incurs no extra cost.
WHAT IF MY PET IS ON MEDICATION?
If your pet is on medication just bring it along with detailed instructions and we can administer oral medication. We unfortunately are not equipped to give injections to pets.
