I sent my puppy to Hanrob for the 20 day Stay & Train course. Due to an injury, I was unable to train her when she came to live with me at 8 weeks old, and she fast became a stressed out, destructive anxious puppy and sent my home into chaos. As I was unable to correct her behaviour, I sent her to Hanrob for the 20 day Stay & Train. She returned confident, well socialised with people and dogs, and perfectly trained in the necessary basics. My 7mth old Groodle Evie LOVES this place and has had gained so much confidence with socialising and play with other dogs. This place is so good especially for training beagles. After an intensive month of training Poppy is now so much better behaved and easier to handle. Now I also use the kennel services when I need to go away. She loves all the trainers and carers there so has a great time staying and playing with the other doggies. It's clean and reasonably priced and you don't feel guilty when you leave her behind for a stay. She usually runs over to the carer who has come to collect her and the lovely lady at the desk. I know she gets plenty of cuddles and love while she's there and she also gets a bath the day she is ready to come home! We have used the flight transfers and boarding twice now for our dog, and the service is fantastic. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. They give you a courtesy call you once they have your pet settled in, and this last visit the lovely manager Daniel even sent me photos! Such a beautiful extra touch, especially when you're anxious about your furry friend after a long flight. They also had a little "report card" with notes about how your pet has been travelling during the visit! What a fabulous thing! You can really tell that the staff are passionate about what they do.
