As part of the package I organised for Lucy's stay, I opted to have photos sent to me daily of Lucy. The saying 'a picture says a thousand words' rang true on this occasion. The photos I received on the first day (and subsequent days) put my mind completely at ease. Not only did Lucy look comfortable - she was obviously LOVING her stay at Hanrobs!!! As further evidence (reassurance) there were no behavioural changes over the week after her stay. I am VERY happy & confident to recommend the boarding services at Hanrobs Duffy's Forest!!! They offer a large variety of additional options you can include as a part of your pet's stay - so it can be kept basic & economical, or; you select any number of a wide variety of optional extras (each option is about giving your pet additional enrichment). The staff are all super friendly & total animal lover's. They are very skilful at matching your dog's personality & energy levels with other dogs of the same temperament - which allows your dog to get the most enjoyment from their 'group playtime', are sensitive to both the dog's nature and the owner's wishes. All in all - if I could give Hanrob a 10 star rating I would!!! Thanks again to all the awesome staff!!!!

We had our dog Suge go stay and train at Hanrob. Before going Suge was hard to predict in how he would behave around the house and outside. He was always trying to be a good boy but needed a helping hand. Their trainer Jordan took hold and trained Suge for 21 days. He’s now acclimatized back at home with a new approach to life. He’s independent, crate trained, obedient and an overall pleasure to have around. Without Jordan’s help we would be stuck unable to train the little one. He’s helped in many ways more than one.

I was called on the third day to pick up my cat as she was not coping being away from me. That part was very stressful as we were away on holiday and had to leave the holiday to pick up our cat. Of course our cats wellbeing comes first. One negative is that the cats room indoors was very narrow and looked a little run down.

Service and booking was great. Shuttle service also available. My cat stayed in the luxury suite with indoor/outdoor access. I was called on the third day to pick up my cat as she was not coping being away from me. That part was very stressful as we were away on holiday and had to leave the holiday to pick up our cat. Of course our cats wellbeing comes first. One negative is that the cats room indoors was very narrow and looked a little run down.

He was always trying to be a good boy but needed a helping hand. Their trainer Jordan took hold and trained Suge for 21 days. He’s now acclimatized back at home with a new approach to life. He’s independent, crate trained, obedient and an overall pleasure to have around. Without Jordan’s help we would be stuck unable to train the little one. He’s helped in many ways more than one.

Service and booking was great. Shuttle service also available. My cat stayed in the luxury suite with indoor/outdoor access. I was called on the third day to pick up my cat as she was not coping being away from me. That part was very stressful as we were away on holiday and had to leave the holiday to pick up our cat. Of course our cats wellbeing comes first. One negative is that the cats room indoors was very narrow and looked a little run down.

Left my cockerspaniel badger at Hanrob for almost 2-weeks. It was great to see pics of him having a great time on their Instagram page, and when his ear gave him some trouble (which it can from time to time) the team were great at getting it taken care of and keeping me informed. My puppy always comes home happy after staying at Hanrob, particular when I book him a suite. Sometimes I think he likes it more there than home. Thanks again Hanrob.

We recently had our 10 month old cat Nashville boarded at HanRob Duffy Forest. This was our first time boarding an animal and Nashville’s first time in boarding. We were a little apprehension and the reviews we had seen didn’t help. But I have to say, we had the best experience and Nashville enjoyed his time. We paid extra to keep in touch and get photos each day, this was wonderful as we received daily updates and photos which helped to ease our apprehension. The staff who checked Nashville in and communicated with us were professional and so caring. We were really impressed with the care Nashville received, we even received a report card of his stay.
