The staff were friendly, helpful and charming. The cattery was immaculately clean, all the cats looked beautiful and happy. I was very reassured talking things through with the staff about how well she would be cared for, and I was absolutely delighted and impressed with the very prompt responses I received when I emailed from overseas to check on how she was going.
