It’s like a luxury resort except the staff are welcoming, accepting and kind as opposed to the ice-cold & rather judging personnel who comprise the reception gate-keepers of the Hilton etc. After a comprehensive chinwag with Costa we have decided that we too will be checking ourselves into Hanrob Pet Hotels for our future stays away from home as Hanrob caters for our needs much better and will have significant positive effect on our mental well-being.
