The Classic package is our entry-level accommodation. It provides the perfect place to relax with another pet similar age, size and breed. Offering best-in-class space, these generously sized rooms are equipped with bedding, blankets, fresh air and exhaust system for comfort all-year-round. Pets are fed premium meals daily and supervised playtimes at our outdoor yards.

The most popular choice for our dog boarding customers, the Social Pet Package incorporates plenty of outdoor, social playtime in our grassy off-leash areas. It is perfect for social dogs and is built around our philosophy that a happy dog is a socially active dog.

Our Luxury Package is perfect for those in need of a treat – from the moment they arrive, your dog will enjoy the red carpet treatment, which starts with luxury accommodation.

LUXURY PLUS

Privacy meets luxury. The Luxury Plus is an upgrade from our Luxury package and can be shared by dogs and cats from the same family. Combining space, comfort and attention to detail, these suites are designed to offer all comforts of home. Beds are topped with blanket and our daily turn down service ensures rooms are fresh and clean. Our climate control system allows guests to feel comfortable all year round (excludes Heathcote).

STAYING CONNECTED

Our Staying Connected option includes 5 photos of your pet, wash & blow dry and a report card on departure. It is charged on per session basis.

Our dedicated team of trained pet welfare professionals keep a very close eye to all our senior pets here. This includes any special dietary requirements or daily medication. We also tailor our service according to your instructions and keep in touch with pet updates to alleviate any concerns you have.
