I sent my puppy to Hanrob for the 20 day Stay & Train course. Due to an injury, I was unable to train her when she came to live with me at 8 weeks old, and she fast became a stressed out, destructive anxious puppy and sent my home into chaos. As I was unable to correct her behaviour, I sent her to Hanrob for the 20 day Stay & Train. She returned confident, well socialised with people and dogs, and perfectly trained in the necessary basics. Most importantly, she came home happy and manageable, and has improved daily since her return. My 7mth old Groodle Evie LOVES this place and has had gained so much confidence with socialising and play with other dogs. At first she was shy but after her first week she was pulling me to get inside to be greeted with friendly and familiar faces! The staff are all SO invested in the daycare here and truly adore working with dogs ensuring they have the best time with interactive play and fun activities. The staff are also extremely helpful when it comes to any concerns or worries you may have meaning you leave with so much peace of mind your pup is in the best hands with years of dog handling experience behind them. I love that I can watch Evie throughout the day via the live webcams and at the end of the day view her report card which shares all her friends, toys and treatos and behaviour for the day with photos and videos!! This place is so good especially for training beagles. After an intensive month of training Poppy is now so much better behaved and easier to handle. Now I also use the kennel services when I need to go away. She loves all the trainers and carers there so has a great time staying and playing with the other doggies. It's clean and reasonably priced and you don't feel guilty when you leave her behind for a stay. She usually runs over to the carer who has come to collect her and the lovely lady at the desk. I know she gets plenty of cuddles and love while she's there and she also gets a bath the day she is ready to come home! We have used the flight transfers and boarding twice now for our dog, and the service is fantastic. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. They give you a courtesy call you once they have your pet settled in, and this last visit the lovely manager Daniel even sent me photos! Such a beautiful extra touch, especially when you're anxious about your furry friend after a long flight.
