We don’t stop there. We take a personal interest in our student’s journeys and support them to secure work placement. We identify super-stars from our intakes and provide opportunities for permanent ongoing paid work placements post the completion of your course at our Pet Hotels. During the course you will be required to complete 120 hours of work placement at our Hanrob Pet Hotels were you will shadow and follow our dog trainers with either single dog training or class training.

Demand for animal care workers is growing and with many people purchasing dogs during the COVID period, this growth is driven by increased dog behaviour concerns when condition like food guarding, excessive barking, jumping etc. are disruptive.
Course Delivery: Blended delivery with online written assessments and learning material, online weekly tutorials and face to face practical weekend sessions at our Hanrob Pet Hotels.
Work Placement: There is an industry requirement for work placement during this course which we offer in one of Hanrob’s Pet Hotels Nationally, which takes the stress out of finding your own placement. We also supply insurance cover while you are with us.
The ACM40321 – Certificate IV in Animal Behaviour and Training course fees are $4,500 including GST. This covers a non-refundable enrolment fee of $275, course materials, work placement, and practical costs. Our accredited courses can be paid to Hanrob in two stages – $500 deposit paid to secure your enrolment into the course and the balance owing can be paid with our Edstart partners Pay your fees at Hanrob College with Edstart for easy payments at no cost to you.
