Here Are Some Answers To Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • HOW MUCH DOES CAT BOARDING COST?

Prices vary based on which package you choose. This also depends on the time of the year, if it falls under low or high season. We also offer discounts for extended stays of 25 days or more (not during high season) so, be sure to chat to our Reservations Team if you’re looking for long term boarding. Please note that our boarding cost is per day basis and not night.

 

Classic Boarding starts from $22,  Social Pet Package from $37, Special Care from $36, Staying Connected $49, Luxury from $75, Luxury Plus from $92

 

 

  • WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY CAT GETS SICK DURING THEIR STAY?

Before drop-off, we ask that you disclose your cat’s medical history so our pet professionals can keep an eye out for anything peculiar during their stay If your pet falls ill during their stay, we will give them the veterinary care or medication they need to feel better. Our exclusive Pet Health Cover takes care of medical expenses up to $500, and we highly recommend purchasing this policy when you make a booking.

 

 

  • AT WHAT AGE CAN I BOARD MY CAT?

We accept cats from 20 weeks old and must be desexed and fully vaccinated. We do not accept cats with Feline Aids or diabetic cats.

 

 

  • DO YOU PROVIDE PET TRANSPORT?

Yes. We offer tailored transport services to make sure your pet gets to their destination — our pet hotel — safely and happily. We have a network of over 180 vet partners. All you need to do is drop off your cat at the nearest one to you between 8-9am in the morning, and our qualified pet taxi drivers will take care of the rest and transport them to their home-away-from-home. Pick up time is usually in the afternoon, and we suggest to ring our vet partners and check with them. We also provide pet transport for any interstate travel.

  • WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT HOURS?

There is no specific check-in and check-out time. You may drop and pick up your pet during our hours of operations. Check out our facility location operating hours.

 

 

  • WHAT ARE THE VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS FOR MY PET TO BOARD AT HANROB PET HOTELS?

To board at Hanrob Pet Hotels, all cats must be fully vaccinated with the below vaccinations at least 5 days prior to arrival. The vaccination requirements for cats is the Annual F3 Vaccination (Feline 3)

 

 

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING ALONG UPON CHECK-IN?

As part of your cat’s boarding inclusions, Hanrob Pet Hotels provides daily meals, cat litters, toys and beddings. If your cat has a favourite blanket or toy, you may bring it along but please be mindful as they may not be in their original condition upon departure. If you have not provided your cat’s vaccination details over the phone when the booking was made, please bring along the vaccination records upon check-in.

 

  • WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL MY PET BE FED WITH?

We provide premium quality dry food from Royal Canin. If your cat has a special dietary requirement, you may bring your own food with clear feeding instructions for us.

 

 

  • DOES THE CAT CONDOS COMES WITH AIR CONDITIONING UNITS?

Our cat condos are temperature-controlled all year round – keeping it cool during summer and warm in winter. We don’t encourage air conditioning as long-haul exposure will prompt drying to the pet’s skin.

 

 

  • DOES MY CAT SHARE WITH ANOTHER CAT DURING BOARDING?

Each cat is given an individual cat condo, which has a separate ensuite and living space. If you have more than 1 cat in the family boarding together, we can put them in a double condo.

 

 

  • WILL MY CAT SOCIALISE WITH OTHER CATS?

If your cat is extremely friendly with other cats, we highly recommend social playtime. Otherwise, we can offer a single playtime.
