Get ready to make a meaningful difference! Hanrob College is proud to introduce the Certificate IV in Animal Behaviour and Training (Assistance Dogs), in partnership with Assistance Dogs Australia. This one-of-a-kind qualification is designed to elevate the standards of assistance dog training and accreditation across the country.
As part of this 14-month program, students will gain hands-on experience at ADA’s National Training Centre in Sydney, with the unique opportunity to care for and train an assistance dog puppy. For those based outside of Sydney, placements with approved organisations ensure accessibility for all.
A Certificate in Training Assistance Dogs is a nationally recognised qualifications that is certified by the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) who is the national regulator for Australia’s vocational education and training.
This course offers a work-study-life balance, with access to 24/7 online webinars and learning resources, with supportive teachers and trainers to assist with your study.
We provide hands-on, job-ready training, allowing you to work directly with animals to build the skills and confidence needed for a successful career in the animal care industry.
The ACM40322 Certificate IV in Animal Behaviour & Training (Assistance Dogs) equips you with the skills and knowledge to excel as an animal trainer or practitioner across various species and workplaces.
