When we arrived to collect Scarlett, the first thing we noticed was how beautiful Isabellas’ relationship with her was. Clearly, she showed her lots of love, & positive reinforcement, and that they had formed a special bond/trust that I hadn’t seen her share with anyone else, myself included. Isabella provided her with the exact kind of care I wanted for Scarlett, and I couldn’t have asked for a better Trainer or outcome. My concerns and issues with her behavior were heard and realistically addressed. Scarlett is now calmer, focused, & responsive to my commands most of the time, which way exceeds my expectations. She is now 100% toilet trained, sits and waits until I command her to eat from her bowl, and is better behaved in general.

 

She is very easy to correct on the lead now, even when distracted.. which has helping my spine injury recover, and allows me to walk her a few times a day. Most importantly, she is so much happier and is showing more confidence in herself and me each day. I am thrilled with the results, and I can’t thank Isabella, & Hanrob enough for turning our home from chaotic and stressful, to happy & calm. The Training service Hanrob offers is fantastic. The regular messages and video updates on her progress were great, and the I enjoyed keeping up with her progress while she was there. If I ever have any issues with Scarlett in the future, Hanrob will be my first call. Thank you for bringing out the best in her, and restoring calm back into our home.
